It is the responsibility of the customer to contact Canvas Store if you would like to return or exchange any item(s). Contact must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.

When re-sending goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all goods are well packaged. We also recommend that some form of insurance is taken out as part of the postage costs. Customers will then be covered should goods arrive back damaged. Please ensure your order details are included in returned packages.

If you are unable to return the items yourself, we do offer a collection service. There is a £15.00 charge for this service.

DAMAGED GOODS

We need to be informed of damaged goods within 3 working days. This is so that we can make a prompt claim against the courier company and correct the problem as quickly as possible. 

Damaged goods should be signed as damaged upon receipt of delivery or refused upon delivery due to damage. We can then arrange for new goods to be sent out again.
